- Report to AZACC

- Appoint nominating
committee @ December business meeting
- Presentation of
new officer nominees @ January meeting
- Election of officers
February business meeting
- Fill information
rack or appoint someone
- Call Executive
Board meeting when necessary.
Computer Club
Vice President Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings
in the absence of the President.
- Serve as Program
Coordinator
- Communicate with
AZACC speakers
- Arrange in house
programs on 4th Thursday
- Work with class
and workshop presenters & provide information to webmaster.
- Put flyers on bulletin
boards.
- Attend Executive
Board meetings as called.
Computer Club
Secretary Responsibilities
- Take minutes at
third Thursday club business meetings.
- Email minutes to
officers & webmaster
- Read minutes at
third Thursday club business meetings.
- Keep records of
club bylaws and communications.
- Attend Executive
Boarding meeting when called.
Computer Club
Treasurer Responsibilities
- Accept monies for
all payments to the club including dues, class and workshop payments,
etc.
- Pay bills.
- Prepare monthly
financial reports and present them at the third Thursday club business
meetings.
- Prepare annual budget
with the officers.
- Present the budget
at the November club business meeting.
- Maintain club member
roster.
- Attend Executive
Board meeting when called.
