Computer Club President Responsibilities

  1. Meetings Thursdays at @ 2PM
  2. President's roundtable 2nd Friday @ 10AM
  3. Coyote article each month by 10th
  4. Room reservations for the next season to Activities by December 1
  5. Represent group @ AZACC (Arizona Association of Computer Clubs)
  6. Report to AZACC following special presentations
  7. Business meeting 3rd Thursday
  8. Appoint nominating committee @ December business meeting
  9. Presentation of new officer nominees @ January meeting
  10. Election of officers February business meeting
  11. Fill information rack or appoint someone
  12. Call Executive Board meeting when necessary.

Computer Club Vice President Responsibilities

  1. Conduct meetings in the absence of the President.
  2. Serve as Program Coordinator
    1. Communicate with AZACC speakers
    2. Arrange in house programs on 4th Thursday
    3. Work with class and workshop presenters & provide information to webmaster.
  3. Put flyers on bulletin boards.
  4. Attend Executive Board meetings as called.

Computer Club Secretary Responsibilities

  1. Take minutes at third Thursday club business meetings.
  2. Email minutes to officers & webmaster
  3. Read minutes at third Thursday club business meetings.
  4. Keep records of club bylaws and communications.
  5. Attend Executive Boarding meeting when called.

Computer Club Treasurer Responsibilities

  1. Accept monies for all payments to the club including dues, class and workshop payments, etc.
  2. Pay bills.
  3. Prepare monthly financial reports and present them at the third Thursday club business meetings.
  4. Prepare annual budget with the officers.
  5. Present the budget at the November club business meeting.
  6. Maintain club member roster.
  7. Attend Executive Board meeting when called.
