Prez Carol reported a cancellation for the WinXP class next week so any one wanting the class should react quickly.
VP George Jester reported that next week our presenter would be Mike Diamond on the subject of file management. The following week a yet to be determined presenter will do “data recovery”. (Which is like CPR without the emotion of mouth to mouth.) Our April 6 open meeting will be on the subject of digital music management and enjoyment.

Old Business: A brand new Dell CRT monitor which had been donated to the club and not been bid for will be donated to “FUN & GAMES” for their silent auction. Responding to Prez Carol's query, George advised that the contact person at F&G would be Mr. Fun.
We DO HAVE NEEDY families/ individuals in the resort and as mentioned last month give consideration to this situation. An excellent suggestion was made by (----------------------------HELP!) to donate your “clean-out” food and supplies prior to summer departure.
October fest is actually going to be in October his year on the 28th, with the Homecoming Parade on Nov 11th.
An announcement was made USURF is officially going out of the scheme of our DSL and anyone still using the may switch over to KIVA or any other provider they choose.
We need to make clear that the Q&A option after the formal close of the 1st Monday presentations as well as regular meetings is available to anyone attending and they do not need to vacate the room in a rush.
Prez Carol showed the “History” notebook which is in dire need of some TLC and additions and asked for a volunteer to be the historian.

New business: Bi-Laws – There was a great give and take discussion while Don Worthen presented the graphic display of the proposed bi-laws. After a couple of minor changes the vote was unanimous to adopt the bi-laws as revised.

As a reward for enduring the stress and trauma of some real work, the club was treated to door prizes.
Meeting adjourned 3pm.
Respectfully submitted, Steve Gray<Secretary
