Minutes of meeting 11-16-2006

Meeting called to order by President Carol Butler at 2pm with 39 persons present.

Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.

Our Treasurer, having just returned from the advanced course of the Enron Accounting School, reports a new balance of $2049.37 less cost of new projector plus newly collected dues for a new balance of somewhere around, oh, well er ah, say $1,000.



Old Business: Phil Spohn has purchased the new laptop as directed and is loading it with the appropriate programming. Phil reports so far so good.

The new projector, purchased last season, has been stolen. The theft will be reported to Patrol and SPD prior to filing an insurance claim.

The "new, new" projector and the new laptop will be kept physically in the possession of authorized club members between uses.



New business: Homecoming Parade is tomorrow.

George Jester distributed software to volunteers to be used and reported upon at a future meeting.

George also laid out the AZACC presenters program for Dec 7th. It will be on a screen capture applet called SNAG IT. There were 15 pupils in the kindergarten class this morning which is great! Monday's class on Photo Editing by Chuck Hardy runs 9am-11am @$2 per class.

Amy briefed on the get fit, stay fit program.

The meeting on the 2nd Thursday each month will start at 3 PM instead of 2PM due to the conflict with the Board of Directors meetings.
