Business Meeting
Minutes of the March 12, 2009 Business Meeting

PRESIDENT called the meeting to order at 2:00 pm.
TREASURER'S REPORT was read and approved.
BUSINESS MEETING MINUTES were read and approved.

OLD BUSINESS:
NCII Possible Upgrade of Sound System, Brent from Activities told George nothing was currently being planned for NCII. Any donation at this point would go into the general fund. The motion was table for further discussion at a later time.

NEW BUSINESS:
Happy Trails Computer Club gave a local school some computers. The computers are presently in use and would they would very like to have speakers for the computers. George recommended the HTCC provide four speakers for a total of $26.00. During the general discussion it was suggested that the club upgrade to a price of $50.00. A motion was made, seconded and approved to upgrade the gift to $50.00,

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The Club President will assist with notices to be put in the Nosey Coyote informing the park of pending activities and programs.

A motion to adjourn was made and seconded.
The Business Meeting was adjourned 2:09pm.
