*Business*
We held another of our fabled Annual Meetings today. Four respected members were unanimously elected to be our officers for the next season: Bryson Riordan, Pres.; George Jester, V.P.; Phil Costello, Treas. and Connie Beckes -- nominated from the floor -- is Secty.
Don Worthen presented our current financial status and budget for next season. Don keeps quadruple entry books: had some, got some, spent some, have some left. Right now we have about $1,800 in funds, after some stiff deficit spending. He projects that we'll end next season with about $2,000 in funds.
*Next Week*
Next week, George Jester will present the ins and outs of backing up your data. It would be a good idea to be familiar with using Windows Explorer before you get there.

Computer Kindergarten is wrapping up next Thursday at 9:00 - 11:00 with a session on handling your photos. The workshop on finding, downloading and installing useful programs continues on Wednesdays at 9:00 - 11:00. Look at the workshop notes if you think you might be interested. We're open to all questions.

There was a little discussion of new content -- Installing Vista, and using Linux -- for next season's classes/workshops. I have some brief thoughts at our website. Both of these projects would be ambitious but rewarding to undertake.
