*Creative Memories*
In case you missed Kelly Grant's presentation of photo management, photo editing and scrap booking, you can go to her website and see what it's all about, or call her at 623-332-8883. You could even borrow my copy of her brochure. :-)

*WiFi Networking Class*
The WiFi networking class will meet from 10:00 - Noon next week on Mon/Wed/Fri. If you aren't already on the list, you could still take a chance and see how full it is on Monday. The class notes are still a little rough, but they'll give you an idea of what we'll cover.

*Copy error message text*
Smart Computing's advice (but this applies any time) before calling their free help desk is to copy down any error message(s) that you have seen. There's an easy way to capture that message that usually works.
While the error message is open: Press "Ctrl+A" (hold down the "Ctrl" key and then click the "A" key) >> Press "Ctrl+C" (copies the message to the clipboard) >> paste the error message in Notepad. You could also take a picture of it with your digital camera or cell phone. :-)
*System tools for XP and Vista*
I didn't know that Vista had all these tools, but then I haven't looked around much yet. ;-) I knew about the ones in XP, but having them all in one place is sure handy. You're much more likely to remember to use them that way. You need to download (free) a few of them for XP. I'd pass on the ones search indexing ones unless you know you'll use them. (They reduce system performance.)

*Do you still need MSN Premium?*
MSN Premium costs almost $120 per year. But Microsoft gives away almost identical services free in Windows Live. Of course they haven't gotten around to informing any MSN customers. It will take a little work to switch, but it might be worth it.

*95 out of 100 computers have vulnerable programs installed*
That is, if the 20,000 plus computers that were checked using Secunia's [superb] new PSI program are representative. Of course, they aren't, because the owners of those computers actually made the effort to check. If you're an ostrich, you won't care, but it's fairly easy to run the program yourself.
