I've been using CrossLoop, a magic online service [short video demo], to help a few people with their computer and Internet problems. CrossLoop lets me see what's happening on your computer while we work on solving the problem. All you need to do to get started is download the small CrossLoop program and then call or email me, and I'll see what I can do. You do not need to create a CrossLoop account if you prefer not to. The program is all you need. You only need to set up an account if you want to leave a rave review of our session. ;-)
